A fast, fresh way to make a wrap.

  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • a few lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ can pineapple
  • 4 tbs mayonaise


    1. take wrap no.1 and place it in front of you, put on 1 tbs of the mayo and spread evenly.
    2. Then add the lettuce, feta, tomato and pineapple.
    3. Fold the bottom and top inwards and fold the sides overlapping each other, so you have something looking like a parcel. Secure with toothpick if needed
    4. Repeat until you have 4.
