Vegetarian Morroccan Stew

Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Harrissa Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 2 white turnips peeled and cubed
- 1 potato peeled and cubed
- 1 tomatoes large, chopped
- 1 can 796g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
Method
- STEP 1Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, fry onions 5 minutes, add chopped garlic 1 minute stir in Harissa paste and spices.
- STEP 2Add sweet potato, turnips and potato stir add tomatoes and 3/4 cup of water. Cover with lid cook for 30 minutes.
- STEP 3Add chickpeas and coriander cook 5 minutes.
