A very easy tuna sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • Pasta with tuna sauce Serves 2
  • 400 gr Canned Tuna Fish
  • Fresh Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black Olives
  • Capers
  • Pasta - Tortiglioni but you can use spaghetti or maccheroni if you like
  • Half Glass of white dry wine

Method

    1. olive oil and garlic
    2. tuna fish after 2 minutes add white one and wait until evaporate
    3. add the black olives and the capers and cook for another 2 minutes
    4. add now the tomatoes , salt and fresh basil
    5. cook for 10 minutes and add the boiled pasta , mix everything good and serve it.
