Delicious with rice - If you use brown rice, you can start this boiling in some chicken stock once the chicken goes in, everything should be done at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, or 8 chicken thighs
  • 75ml dark soy sauce
  • 75ml olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp five spice powder
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger

Method

    1. Combine all ingredients except chicken, and marinate chicken at least an hour - overnight for a stronger flavour!
    2. Bake at 190C for about 30 minutes, basting or adding marinade periodically.
