  • 500g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tins of peaches
  • 500g cream (for whipping)
  • 450g sour cream
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar (you can use normal sugar instead)
  • demara sugar


    Preparation (a few hours before serving): • Whip the cream and add vanilla sugar • Stir in the sour cream slowly • Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl • Drain the peaches and spread on the raspberries • Spread the cream-mass on the fruit • Dredge a lot of demara sugar on the mass • Put the bowl for at least 4 hours in the fridge
