Ingredients

  • 500g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tins of peaches

500g cream (for whipping)

  • 450g sour cream
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar (you can use normal sugar instead)
  • demara sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preparation (a few hours before serving):
  • STEP 2
    âÃÂâ Whip the cream and add vanilla sugar
  • STEP 3
    âÃÂâ Stir in the sour cream slowly
  • STEP 4
    âÃÂâ Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl
  • STEP 5
    âÃÂâ Drain the peaches and spread on the raspberries
  • STEP 6
    âÃÂâ Spread the cream-mass on the fruit
  • STEP 7
    âÃÂâ Dredge a lot of demara sugar on the mass
  • STEP 8
    âÃÂâ Put the bowl for at least 4 hours in the fridge
