Ingredients
- 25g butter
- 2 steaks
- 6 to 8 Mushrooms
- 1 tsp rock salt
Method
- STEP 1Turn your hob to 10 and let the butter melt in the pan
- STEP 2Add the steak with rock salt to the pan and keep turning for two minutes and check the steak for no undercooked parts tip if there is a red piece just use a fork and wooden spoon to pry it and then cook it again but turn the hob to 8
- STEP 3Add the mushrooms to the steak batter which will have a bit of rock salt and steaky flavour keep the hob on and keep cooking the mushrooms are an orangey coloured batter and remove them from the pan
- STEP 4Get a plate and then serve and enjoy a nice meal for two
