Steak and carameled mushrooms

Turn your hob to 10 and let the butter melt in the pan

Add the steak with rock salt to the pan and keep turning for two minutes and check the steak for no undercooked parts tip if there is a red piece just use a fork and wooden spoon to pry it and then cook it again but turn the hob to 8

Add the mushrooms to the steak batter which will have a bit of rock salt and steaky flavour keep the hob on and keep cooking the mushrooms are an orangey coloured batter and remove them from the pan

Get a plate and then serve and enjoy a nice meal for two
