A tasty drink with mango, banana, and any other ingredients you want to add to make this smoothie even MORE special!
- 1 Mango
- 2 Bananas
- 500g low fat or fat free vanilla bio live yogurt
- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
- Peel the banana and break it into small pieces. Then cut up the mango into small pieces. Put them in the blender with the yogurt and milk. Whizz until it is thick and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve at once. Feel free to add any decorations to make your smoothie EXTRA special.
- For a berry smoothie, substitute the mango for some mixed berries and only use 1 banana.
