Jessica's really easy juicy chicken parcels filled with vegetables, for an easy everyday meal. Serve with mashed potato or rice.

  • Chicken Breast
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Oil
  • Dried Herbs
  • Chicken stock cube


    1. Preheat oven to 230C/gas mark 8. Prepare vegetables
    2. Place the chicken breast on a square of tinfoil. Place vegetables on top. Pour on oil.
    3. Add herbs and stock cube. Make tinfoil into a parcel.
    4. Cook for 25 mins. Serve with mashed potato or rice.
