Ingredients
- 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Brown Crab
- 1 bag of Nachos
- Juice of half a Lime
- Dijon Mustard, to taste
- A splash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Creme Fraiche
- A handful of Gruyere cheese, grated
- Cracked Black Pepper
Method
- STEP 1Combine the crabmeat with lime, mustard, worcestershire sauce and creme fraiche.
- STEP 2Spoon the mixture over a heaped pile of nachos.
- STEP 3Top with the grated gruyere and pepper.
- STEP 4Place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted and serve.
