Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Brown Crab
  • 1 bag of Nachos
  • Juice of half a Lime
  • Dijon Mustard, to taste
  • A splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Creme Fraiche
  • A handful of Gruyere cheese, grated
  • Cracked Black Pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Combine the crabmeat with lime, mustard, worcestershire sauce and creme fraiche.
  • STEP 2
    Spoon the mixture over a heaped pile of nachos.
  • STEP 3
    Top with the grated gruyere and pepper.
  • STEP 4
    Place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted and serve.
