Ingredients

  • 1 small tiger baguette
  • Olive oil, Extra virgin
  • Peppadew piquante peppers (hot or mild, sliced
  • Soft goats cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fres chopped basil leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut baguette into quarters and slice each in half horizontally or slice thinly, brush each with olive oil.
  • STEP 2
    Grill or griddle till golden.
  • STEP 3
    Top with the Peppers, basil leaves and cheese.
  • STEP 4
    Drizzle each with olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
