Ingredients

  • 6 chocolate mousses

Base:

  • 6 chocolate digestives

Topping:

  • chocolate chips
  • chocolate sauce

Method

  • STEP 1
    Crumble the chocolate digestives on a 24cm x 24cm dish
  • STEP 2
    Take out the chocolate mousses from the fridge and pour them onto the biscuit base
  • STEP 3
    Spread the mousse around so it covers all of the biscuit base
  • STEP 4
    Now sprinkle chocolate chips and chocolate sauce over the mousse
  • STEP 5
    Place in the fridge for about 40 mins-1 hour.
  • STEP 6
    Serve cold.
