Lovely chocolate mousse on a crumbly chocolate digestive base.

  • 6 chocolate mousses
  • Base:
  • 6 chocolate digestives
  • Topping:
  • chocolate chips
  • chocolate sauce


    1. Crumble the chocolate digestives on a 24cm x 24cm dish
    2. Take out the chocolate mousses from the fridge and pour them onto the biscuit base
    3. Spread the mousse around so it covers all of the biscuit base
    4. Now sprinkle chocolate chips and chocolate sauce over the mousse
    5. Place in the fridge for about 40 mins-1 hour.
    6. Serve cold.
