Its a quick and easy recipe that my sister showed me

  • 4 rashers of bacon, roughly chopped
  • A hand full of spinach
  • 4 handfulls of penne pasta
  • One white onion
  • And a jar of Lloyd Grossman tomato and sweet red pepper


    1. Strip the bacon of its fatt and then fry it
    2. Chop the onion and add that to the same frying pan as the bacon
    3. Put the pasta into a pot and boil it to the packets instruction
    4. Put the spinach in a colander and when the pasta boils and is cooked through pour the water over the spinach
    5. When that is all done, put the spinach, bacon and onion in with the pasta and add the jar of source over the whole lot and stur and then serve.
