Creamy coley & leek bake

Ingredients
- 550g of coley
- 2tbsp of olive oil
- 2 leeks ( sliced )
- 300 of creme faiche
- 350g of potatoes (thinly sliced)
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 200g
- STEP 2Place the coley portions in ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes
- STEP 3Meanwhile , heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced leeks for 5 minutes add the creme fraiche and season to taste
- STEP 4Spoon it on top of fish ,add a thin layer of potatoes and brush with remaining oil and season .bake for 20 -25 minutes
