Ingredients
- Beef into strips 454 g (1 lb)
- onion, chopped 1
- Non-hydrogenated margarine Nuvel 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Beef broth or other 250 ml (1 cup)
- Whole wheat flour 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Worcestershire sauce 2 ml (1 / 2 tsp)
- Light soy sauce 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Fresh ginger, garlic powder to taste
- Sliced mushrooms 500 ml (2 cups)
- Red pepper strips 1
- Green pepper strips 1
- Celery cut diagonally 1 branch
- Raw broccoli florets 250 ml (1 cup)
- Cauliflower florets 250 ml (1 cup)
- Chopped fresh parsley 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Method
- STEP 1Cook over high heat fatty meat with onion and margarine in a pot about 10 minutes
- STEP 2Pour a little broth or water if necessary
- STEP 3Mix the next 12 ingredients without lumps
- STEP 4Stir this mixture to the first (meat and onion)
- STEP 5Cook uncovered over medium heat about 10 minutes
- STEP 6Serve with rice if desired
