Soft ginger biscuits

Ingredients

  • 250g self raising flour
  • 125g margarine
  • 125g dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp black treacle
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tsp marmalade

Method

    1. Preheat the over to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4
    2. Mix together dry ingredients
    3. Add rest of ingredients and mix again
    4. Roll out and cut into shapes
    5. Bake for 10 minutes
