Ingredients

  • * 200ml crème fraiche
  • * 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • * 8 Discovery Wrapbreads
  • * 300g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • * 1 small bunch dill, chopped

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix crème fraiche and horseradish together.
  • STEP 2
    Spread over Wraps and top with smoked salmon and dill
  • STEP 3
    Roll up tightly, wrap in cling film and chill.
  • STEP 4
    To serve, remove cling film and cut into thin slices.
  • STEP 5
    Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
