Christmas Salmon Pinwheels

Ingredients
- * 200ml crème fraiche
- * 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- * 8 Discovery Wrapbreads
- * 300g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- * 1 small bunch dill, chopped
Method
- STEP 1Mix crème fraiche and horseradish together.
- STEP 2Spread over Wraps and top with smoked salmon and dill
- STEP 3Roll up tightly, wrap in cling film and chill.
- STEP 4To serve, remove cling film and cut into thin slices.
- STEP 5Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
