Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 75g chopped Walnuts
- 75g Flaked Almonds
- 60g chocolate chips or buttons
- grated rind of 1 orange or lemon
Method
- STEP 1Preheat your oven to 150c
- STEP 2Cream the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence
- STEP 3Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
- STEP 4Spoon small amounts onto a baking tray
- STEP 5Bake for approx 18-20 minutes
- STEP 6Allow to cool completely before storing. Can be stored in an airtight container.
