Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp golden syrup
- 275g rolled oats
- 175g butter
- 125g Demerara sugar
Method
- STEP 1Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan
- STEP 2Grease a small square tin
- STEP 3Add butter and sugar to oats and mix
- STEP 4Add golden syrup and mix
- STEP 5Cook at 160 degree c (fan) for 30-35 mins
- STEP 6Leave to cool for 5 mins - cut into squares whilst still warm - remove from tin and place on cooling tray
- STEP 7Once cool store in air tight tin
- STEP 8Enjoy
