Ingredients

  • 3 small red onions sliced, ~3mm thickness
  • 1 medium green chilli chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • 3 pinches of hot smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp of freshly crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp of chopped coriander
  • Optionally (thinly sliced iceberg lettuce)

Method

    mix all the ingredients together before serving.
