Methi masala roast chicken, layered with complex authentic Indian flavours. The perfect appetizer for the curry night or dinner party.

  • 1 Bipins Methi Masala (All-Fresh Indian herbs and whole ground authentic spices from
  • 900kg skinless chicken drum sticks
  • 20g of Coarsely chopped coriander
  • 1 lemon


    1. Add the contents of the methi masala pot to the chicken and mix thoroughly
    2. Cook in an oven at 190C for 30 minutes, foil covered backing tray to retain moistures
    3. remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes to reduce the liquids and crisp the surfaces
    4. Garnish with coriander and give a good squeeze of lemon
