White beans in tomato sauce with mince and BBQ sauce, topped with potato, carrot and leek mash.

  • 1 jar or tin of white beans in tomato sauce
  • 300 gr of mince meat
  • 1 onion
  • 6 tbs of BBQ sauce
  • 100 gr of ham (in small pieces)
  • 6 medium size potatoes
  • 1 leek (diced)
  • 3 carrots (diced)
  • 50 gr of grated cheese


    1. Boil the potatoes, carrots and leek until cooked
    2. Cook the mince and onion. Add the ham.
    3. Mix in the beans and the BBQ sauce.
    4. Put the mince mix in an oven dish and top with the potato/carrot/leek mash
    5. Sprinkle with the cheese and warm in the oven (at 175) until the cheese has melted
