Ingredients
- 80g tagliatelle or spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 142 ml carton single cream
- 3-4 tbsp chopped tarragon leaves
- 100g spinach leaves
- lemon wedges to serve
Method
- STEP 1cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes
- STEP 2heat the chicken for over 4-5 minutes
- STEP 3chop garlic
- STEP 4add the garlic, cream and tarragon to the chicken
- STEP 5when pasta is cooked add spinach
- STEP 6drain the pasta well, and add creamy chicken to it
- STEP 7season with salt and pepper
- STEP 8add sqeezed lemon for taste
