Ingredients

  • 80g tagliatelle or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 142 ml carton single cream
  • 3-4 tbsp chopped tarragon leaves
  • 100g spinach leaves
  • lemon wedges to serve

Method

  • STEP 1
    cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes
  • STEP 2
    heat the chicken for over 4-5 minutes
  • STEP 3
    chop garlic
  • STEP 4
    add the garlic, cream and tarragon to the chicken
  • STEP 5
    when pasta is cooked add spinach
  • STEP 6
    drain the pasta well, and add creamy chicken to it
  • STEP 7
    season with salt and pepper
  • STEP 8
    add sqeezed lemon for taste
