Print Ingredients Method Ingredients50g Butter (unsalted)1Kg Brown Onions (sliced)1 Garlic Clove (chopped)200ml White Wine (dry)1.4l Chicken Stock MethodHeat the butter in a large pan. Gently cook the onion until softened but not browned. Add the Garlic.Increase the heat slightly and add the wine. Simmer for 3 - 4 mins then add the stock and bring to the boil. Season and simmer for 10 mins.Enjoy.
