Yummy chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients
- 200g soft margarine
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g self raising flour
- 1.5 tbsp milk
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g icing sugar
- choice of decorations
Method
- STEP 1Put 12 baking cases in a muffin tin
- STEP 2Cream 100g of the margarine and all the sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy
- STEP 3Beat eggs in a seperate bowl until bubbly
- STEP 4Gradually add them to the mixture beating well in between additions. Make sure they are well mixed into the sugar and marge mixture.
- STEP 5Sieve the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and beat slowly
- STEP 6Add the baking powder and mix
- STEP 7Add the milk and beat. Add the mixture into the cases and bake in a preheated oven of 180C for 20 minutes
- STEP 8When cakes have cooled, beat the icing sugar and the rest of the margarine together to create buttercream
- STEP 9Decorate with choice of decorations
