Ingredients
- 500gm Chicken with bone
- 250gms White onion
- 100gm tomatoes
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 big bunch of fresh coriander leaves
- 2tbs vegetable oil
- 1tsp garlic paste
- ý tsp ginger paste
- 2tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- 1/4tsp sugar
- Freshly crushed ground pepper
- Salt to taste
- Garnishing
- 1-2 green chili(optional)
- Coriander leaves
Method
- STEP 1Cut onions, capsicum& tomatoes in medium cuts
- STEP 2Heat oil in a heavy based pan
- STEP 3Add onion & sugar. Sautee till soft
- STEP 4Add ginger, garlic paste & cook for 1-2 minutes
- STEP 5Add chicken, tomatoes, capsicum, fine cuts of coriander leaves & stem, sauces, salt & pepper
- STEP 6Cover & cook on very low heat until chicken becomes soft .gravy should be thick &in blended flavored
- STEP 7Garnish with coriander leaves & Green Chilli
- STEP 8Serve hot
