Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 tablespoon of any Curry Paste
- 75ml Natural Yogurt
Method
- STEP 1Cut chicken into little chunks
- STEP 2Mix the yogurt and curry paste together and stir in the chicken, ensuring it's completely coated
- STEP 3Leave to marinate in the fridge preferably overnight
- STEP 4Grill Chicken until the coating starts to blacken.
- STEP 5Serve with rice or salad and a naan bread.
