Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon of any Curry Paste
  • 75ml Natural Yogurt

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut chicken into little chunks
  • STEP 2
    Mix the yogurt and curry paste together and stir in the chicken, ensuring it's completely coated
  • STEP 3
    Leave to marinate in the fridge preferably overnight
  • STEP 4
    Grill Chicken until the coating starts to blacken.
  • STEP 5
    Serve with rice or salad and a naan bread.
