Ingredients

  • 4 x skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 4 tablespoons clear honey
  • 1 fat clove of garlic chopped/crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed dried chillis OR a pinch depending on how hot you like it
  • salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre-heat oven to 200c. Place chicken in ovenproof dish. Mix ingredients in a bowl and pour over and cook for 20-30 mins. Basting at intervals. Serve with rice
