Ingredients
- 4 x skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- zest and juice of 2 limes
- 4 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 fat clove of garlic chopped/crushed
- 1 teaspoon of crushed dried chillis OR a pinch depending on how hot you like it

Method
- STEP 1Pre-heat oven to 200c. Place chicken in ovenproof dish. Mix ingredients in a bowl and pour over and cook for 20-30 mins. Basting at intervals. Serve with rice
