Ingredients

  • 4tbsp lemon curd
  • 1 lemon, grated rind and juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4oz self raising flour
  • 2oz Atora shredded suet
  • 1 oz caster sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix together lemon curd, lemon juice and water and pour into a casserole dish which has a good fitting lid.
  • STEP 2
    Mix flour, suet, sugar and grated lemon rind with sufficient cold water to form soft dough.
  • STEP 3
    Divide dough equally into 8 and shape into balls. Place on top of sauce, cover and cook on FULL power for 3 1/2 min (650w) 3 min (800w)
