microwave Lemon dumplings

- 4tbsp lemon curd
- 1 lemon, grated rind and juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 4oz self raising flour
- 2oz Atora shredded suet
- 1 oz caster sugar
- Mix together lemon curd, lemon juice and water and pour into a casserole dish which has a good fitting lid.
- Mix flour, suet, sugar and grated lemon rind with sufficient cold water to form soft dough.
- Divide dough equally into 8 and shape into balls. Place on top of sauce, cover and cook on FULL power for 3 1/2 min (650w) 3 min (800w)
