Ingredients

  • 200g Flour
  • 50g Sugar
  • 100g Butter
  • Water

Method

  • STEP 1
    Measure out all ingredients
  • STEP 2
    Put flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl
  • STEP 3
    Rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
  • STEP 4
    Add a few teaspoons of water at a time, and mix until pastry makes a ball. (Pastry ball should not be sticky, if this happens add a little more flour)
  • STEP 5
    Use as required.
