Ingredients
- 200g Flour
- 50g Sugar
- 100g Butter
- Water
Method
- STEP 1Measure out all ingredients
- STEP 2Put flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl
- STEP 3Rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
- STEP 4Add a few teaspoons of water at a time, and mix until pastry makes a ball. (Pastry ball should not be sticky, if this happens add a little more flour)
- STEP 5Use as required.
