Delicious for snacking sliced with butter spread on it,

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Bran
  • 1 Cup Sultanas (or mixed dried fruit)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Self Raising flour

Method

    1. Mix all above ingredients, except the flour, together and leave t o stand for 1 hour. Add flour and mix well.
    2. Grease Loaf tin and pour mixture into it.
    3. pre heated oven 200
    4. Place in the middle of the oven for 40 -45 minutes
    5. Before removing from oven use a skewer to test the middle of the cake is cooked

I made this with just 1.5 cups of sugar, you good do less as the sultanas make it sweet enough. Such an easy recipe and healthy.
