Ingredients

  • 5-6 leaves of white cabbage, thinly sliced into about 5cm
  • 1 red small finger chill, deseeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Pinch of sea salt

    Mix all the ingredients well together!
