Whoever you are anonymous member - thank you! :-) sheila44 1st Mar, 2013 Hi, my daughter is coeliac, can you suggest an alternative flour. erhurst 22nd Mar, 2014 this recipe does not tell me to pre cook the bacon. i followed the directions for this recipe and i have just served it to my guests without cooking the bacon. have I just given food poisoning to all the guests? caramelclee 27th Jan, 2018 5.05I was skeptical, especially adding flour seemed bizarre, but the ingredients were so simple that I decided to risk it. I altered the quiche fillings but terms of this method successfully making a quiche, it worked perfectly. TIPS -I accidentally forgot to add the salt and pepper but the cheese and meat meant that it was still salty enough. -I used a 21cm cake pan. -I didn’t have bacon so used cooked ham and 100g was enough. -I replaced the pepper with courgette and spinach. Mushroom would probably work too. -I fried the onion and vegetables (and would do bacon) before adding them. Enjoy!
