Put the peas into a bowl.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Grate the pecorino.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet.
Add garlic, stir for a minute.
Add partly defrozen peas.
Stir for about 5 minutes over high heat.
Mash the peas.
Add 2 tbsp olive oil and the grated pecorino.
