Pea and pecorino puree

Ingredients
- 800 g frozen peas
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 cups grated pecorino
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- STEP 1Put the peas into a bowl.
- STEP 2Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- STEP 3Grate the pecorino.
- STEP 4Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet.
- STEP 5Add garlic, stir for a minute.
- STEP 6Add partly defrozen peas.
- STEP 7Stir for about 5 minutes over high heat.
- STEP 8Season.
- STEP 9Mash the peas.
- STEP 10Add 2 tbsp olive oil and the grated pecorino.
- STEP 11Stir.
