  • 250 grams tripe precooked
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose tripe dispersing
  • Pasta
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 2 x eggs
  • 5 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 5 cloves garlic or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot peppers or chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning mix gyros
  • 1 x vegetable oil for frying


    1. The tripe sprinkle with flour, and invert it.
    2. The dough ingredients mixed well. Tripe fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    3. Serve with tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
