Walnut and Roquefort Cake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150g SR flour
- 100ml walnut oil / olive oil
- 125ml milk
- 100g grated cheese
150g roquefort, chopped
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C - Gas 6
- STEP 2Beat together eggs, flour
- STEP 3Incorporate oil and milk a little at a time
- STEP 4Add Roquefort, walnut and grated cheese.
- STEP 5Season with salt and pepper, be aware Roquefort is a salty cheese.
- STEP 6Put in loaf tin - no need to grease if non-stick
- STEP 7Bake 45 minutes
- STEP 8Serve sliced
