Ingredients

  • 2 Heads of Cauliflower (Grated)
  • 2 Large Potatoes (Grated)
  • 1 1/2 tspn Turmeric
  • 1 tspn Salt & Cumin
  • Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour to bind

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix the Cauliflower (Grated) & Potato (Grated) together
  • STEP 2
    Drain the excess water (in a clean t-towel)
  • STEP 3
    Add the spices & enough Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour to hold it all together
  • STEP 4
    Make into 1" balls
  • STEP 5
    Deep fry in medium hot oil until brown and drain on paper towels
