Ingredients
- 2 Heads of Cauliflower (Grated)
- 2 Large Potatoes (Grated)
- 1 1/2 tspn Turmeric
- 1 tspn Salt & Cumin
- Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour to bind
Method
- STEP 1Mix the Cauliflower (Grated) & Potato (Grated) together
- STEP 2Drain the excess water (in a clean t-towel)
- STEP 3Add the spices & enough Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour to hold it all together
- STEP 4Make into 1" balls
- STEP 5Deep fry in medium hot oil until brown and drain on paper towels
