Ingredients

  • 100g Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of CoCo powder
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla essence
  • 250g of sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    beat eggs and sugar together, melt butter and add, add vanilla
  • STEP 2
    Add coco
  • STEP 3
    Slowly stir in flour
  • STEP 4
    Butter a base of backing tin and coat with crumbled biscuts then add mix evenly
  • STEP 5
    place in a pre-heated oven to 150c for approx 35min
