Chilli Sausage & Penne

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Penne per person
- Jar medium salsa
- 8 sausages
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tin tomatoes, drained, reserve juice
- 1 tin beans - if liked

Method
- STEP 1In a large pan fry sausages in olive oil, when cooked, cool and cut into bite sized pieces. In same pan saute celery, onion and garlic until translucent.
- STEP 2Return sausage pieces to pan add salsa, beans and tomatoes plus more tomato liquid if sauce is to thick. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- STEP 3Meanwhile, cook penne to al dente drain and add to pan stir well to coat pasta. Serve.
