  • 5tbsp oats
  • 1-2tbsp light muscavado sugar
  • 1tbsp wholemeal flour
  • 1tbsp olive oil spread
  • 2tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2tbsp pupkin seeds

  • STEP 1
    180'C, put fruit in ramakins
  • STEP 2
    Rub in fat to oats and flour, add sugar, nuts and seeds, sprinkle on
  • STEP 3
    17mins cooking or more until golden
