Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (company number 06189487).
  2. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
  3. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on Friday 28th
  4. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
    a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
    b) that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
  5. Entrants will submit one valid entry by doing the following:
    a) following the @uk_neotaste, @goodfoodeveryday and @badiani1932 Instagram accounts.
    b) like the competition post.
    c) tag a friend in the comments section they would like to take on the crepe date.
  6. An entry will only be valid if all steps in clause 5 are completed.
  7. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
  8. Entrants must supply to Immediate their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (https://www.immediate.co.uk/privacy/).
  9. Only one entry will be permitted per person. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
  10. One winner will receive the following prizes
    a) Fifty two (52) coupons issued through the Embargo App, which are redeemable at any Badiani Gelato store location in London or Brighton. Each coupon can be exchanged for two crepes with gelato and sauce, and two hot or cold coffees or teas. Any speciality drinks, including hot chocolates, are not able to be redeemed with the coupon. Only one coupon may be redeemed per purchase, and any eligible goods that are not ordered upon redemption of a coupon will not be able to be redeemed with that same coupon via another purchase. Multiple coupons may be redeemed on the same day if used for separate purchases at different Badiani locations. Coupons may not be used via any third-party delivery app. Coupons may be used for takeaways from Badiani stores. The coupons are valid from 04/03/2025 to 03/03/2026 or otherwise until all fifty two (52) coupons have been redeemed. After the expiry of the coupons, no refunds or monetary compensation will be provided for coupons which have not been redeemed.
    b) A NeoTaste gift card worth £29, to redeem a ten-month NeoTaste subscription. The winner must supply their address to the prize supplier for delivery of the NeoTaste gift card. This gift card can be redeemed at any time, but must be used for a ten-month NeoTaste subscription.
    c) A one-year subscription to the Good Food app. If the winner is already a subscriber to the Good Food app, the Promoter may offer a gift annual subscription as an alternative.
  11. To obtain the Badiani Gelato prize at clause 10(a), the winner must download the Embargo app and comply with their terms and conditions - https://www.embargoapp.com/uk/terms.
  12. The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
  13. The winner will be notified within 3 days of the close of the promotion by Direct Message on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
  14. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
  15. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Good Food, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, Hammersmith, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  17. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
  18. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
  19. Your details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by the social media platform. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering this promotion you agree to release the host social media platform of any liability.
  20. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
