Fergus Henderson

Despite having no formal chef training, chef Fergus Henderson is the esteemed co-founder of St. John & St. John Bread and Wine in London, the former of which won a Michelin Star in 2009. Fergus, who is known for his use of offal and other neglected cuts of meat, has also published a series of books, including Nose to Tail Eating: A Kind of British Cooking, Beyond Nose to Tail and The Complete Nose to Tail: A Kind of British Cooking. He has appeared on shows such as Great British Chefs and received an MBE in 2005 for his services to gastronomy.
