Jessica Carter has been working in food media for almost a decade. She started her career at a national food and drink guide publisher, reviewing restaurants and interviewing chefs. In 2014 she joined food magazine Crumbs and was made editor in 2016. During this time, she was twice shortlisted for Food and Drink Editor of the Year at the BSME Awards and helped launch the brand's successful industry awards. Now a freelance journalist with a specialism in food, Jessica has written for The Telegraph, Metro, HuffPost UK and Stylist.
