Akwasi Brenya-Mensa has worked as a restaurateur, street food operator, caterer and host of the Mensa, Plates and Friends supper club, the most recent of which revealed his new dining concept, Tatale.
Tatale is a restaurant and bar concept born in Ghana and developed in London. Its namesake is a plantain pancake, a quintessential Ghanaian dish.
