  • ½ fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 starfruit, sliced
  • 150ml guava juice (or other tropical fruit juice)
  • 50ml ginger beer

Method

Mix together all the fruit in a large bowl with the guava juice, then chill until ready to serve. At the last minute, pour over the ginger beer and serve with small cups or bowls on the side for spooning the drinks and fruit into.

HI I did this for the other kids at a party and I left out the ginger beer and replaced it with passionfruit juice really yummy and fruity!
