Great recipe. Made this for visitors coming on Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very easy. Ideally for a supper for a Saturday night in front of the television. Have passed recipe onto friend.

Very easy dish to make , however the bought jar of tomato sauce makes it taste a bit on the plastic side ! !.........I made my own white sauce which helped save the day.........so a suggestion for home made tomato sauce would be great.

Very tasty. I made this for a tennis club supper (for 8 hungry ladies - I doubled the quantities), served it with garlic bread and salad and they enjoyed it. For a bit of extra 'greenery' I added two chopped courgettes to the onions and mushrooms. I will definitely be making it again!
