Ingredients
- 500g lean pork mince
- tsp dried rosemary
- carton seived tomatos
- broccoli (medium sized)
- half a tsp of garlic
- 275g pasta
Method
- STEP 1brown mince then add garlic and rosemary and seived tomatos, then simmer till pasta is done
- STEP 2boil water and add pasta and when there is only 4 minutes remaining add broccoli
- STEP 3drain pasta and broccoli and add to mince mixture
