- Cut up your chicken breasts and pan fry then with white wine this will marinate the chicken and give it real taste.
- In another pan add your chopped up leak and more white wine to make a sauce.
- Mix your chicken and pasta togeather and plate up. Then pour on top your Leak and White wine sauce,
