Banana and Choc-Chip Muffins

Plain and simple recipie. Perfect with a cup of tea or a casual party, and the kids just love them!!!

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl mash the banana and add the milk, egg and margarine. Mix well.
  2. stir the flour, sugar and chocolate-chips into the banana mixture, mixing only until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into well greased muffin tins. Bake in an oven at 190c for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold

    I liked the idea of this recipe and had a banana to finish up, however the mixture was very runny and they were still uncooked after 20 minutes. A bit disappointing really.

    Well I think it just didn't work for you but you should try again as it has happened to me before it often can be a little runny on your first go. try again and get back to me

    i did this recipe and they came out great,i only changed the temp to 200c and 25 mins cooking time,my next door neighbour even wanted the recipe

    This is not a Muffin reciepe, it has no oil in it which is what gives the muffin texture and shortens the mixture. This may as well be renamed cup-cakes as thats all it will make.
