Method

  1. Put all the vegetables cut in chunks in a pot and add water - cook
  2. The white beans should be cooked beforehand in water with a bouquet garni.
  3. Add tot the soup.
  4. Prepare the pistou by foodprocessing the tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, basil and olive oil.
  5. Add the pistou just before serving.
