Ingredients

  • 200g icing sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • a drop of vanilla extract
  • food colouring (Optional)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cream all the ingredients together in a bowl and beat with an eletric hand mixer.
  • STEP 2
    Spoon into a piping bag and decorate cupcakes!
  • STEP 3
    Usually decorates 15 cupcakes.
